We believe everyone deserves to be cool. We are looking for a highly experienced self-starter for the Power Breezer Parts and Inventory Manager position that will help ensure that the Power Breezer Customer Service team is in constant supply of critical parts, and can manage the logistics of getting those parts to customers and field service engineers. The ideal candidate will deliver exemplary customer satisfaction, maintain parts inventory and forecast, maintain the CS parts pricebook, manage the logistics of shipping parts to customers and field engineers, and as a result directly improve the Breezer bottom line.


  • Maintain and update the yearly and quarterly parts forecast
  • Identify trends in parts ordering
  • Keep track of COGS and continuously check margins
  • Manage the shipping team (picking, packing and shipping parts to customers)
  • Manage the refurbished unit inventory
  • Place and track orders with procurement
  • Track and process parts orders from the online store.
  • Analyze and continuously improve CS logistics processes


  • Independent worker with management or team lead experience
  • Experienced in shipping and/or logistics
  • Experience with maintaining and forecasting inventory
  • Experience with margin analysis and pricebook management
  • Computer savvy (Google G Suite, MS Office)
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English
  • Highly organized and diligent
  • Customer service experience is a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus
