Evaporative cooling is effective all the way up to 90-95% relative humidity and is used in hot and humid facilities in areas including Mobile AL, Houston TX, New Orleans LA, Athens GA and more. Drops in temperature combined with the high velocity fan can provide cooling for your team inside or out. The air temp and relative humidity will determine the impact and cooling effect. Evaporative Cooling is an Isenthalpic Process (Heat Energy of Air remains constant). An example is that a system at 104F and 30% relative humidity can be cooled with Evaporative Cooling to 79F and 90% RH. Conversion of the sensible heat to latent heat is an isenthalpic process. Evaporative cooling causes a drop in temperature of the air proportional to the sensible heat drop and an increase in the humidity proportional to the latent heat gain.  Thus, evaporative cooling is effective all the way up to 90-95% relative humidity and is used in hot and humid facilities in areas including Mobile AL, Houston TX, New Orleans LA, Athens GA and more. Further, per ASHRAE-55 standards, Power Breezers enable individuals in these environments to reach thermal comfort (all heat-related factors impacting a working person).
